1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Little Steps ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Little Steps provides a digital pregnancy journal and PDF generation platform. Users can track their pregnancy, write journal entries, upload photos, and export their data as printable PDF keepsake books ("Generated Content").

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Free and Paid Tiers

Little Steps offers a free tier with limited features and a paid Full Access tier. Paid users receive additional templates, unlimited week tracking, and expanded PDF export capabilities. Pricing is displayed on the website and is subject to change with notice.

5. Generated Content and Usage Rights

You retain ownership of the personal content you input into Little Steps (journal entries, photos, letters, check-in data). Little Steps does not claim ownership over your personal content.

Personal Use Only. The PDFs generated through Little Steps ("Generated Content") are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may print Generated Content for personal keepsake purposes.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Reselling or redistributing Generated Content in any form, whether digital or printed
• Using Generated Content for commercial purposes, including selling PDFs or printed copies to third parties
• Mass-generating PDFs with different names or due dates for commercial purposes
• Using automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with the Service
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Affiliate Program

Little Steps may offer an affiliate program allowing participants to earn commissions on referred sales. Affiliate terms, commission rates, and payout thresholds are communicated separately upon enrollment. Affiliates must not misrepresent the Service or engage in spam. Little Steps reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time.

8. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at littlestepscal@gmail.com for a full refund. No forms, no questions.

9. Intellectual Property

The Little Steps brand, website design, template designs, PDF layout structures, and all non-user-generated content are the intellectual property of Little Steps. You may not copy, modify, or reproduce these elements without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Little Steps is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including loss of data or Generated Content.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion. Users may delete their account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
