Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you use Little Steps, we collect:

• Account information: email address (for login via magic link)
• Profile information: your name, due date, baby name, and preferred template style
• Journal content: weekly check-in data including mood, weight, symptoms, journal entries, letters to your baby, and custom notes
• Photos: bump photos you upload as part of your weekly check-ins
• Usage data: basic analytics about how you interact with the Service

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide the Service (track your pregnancy, generate PDFs)
• Send you login magic links and service-related emails
• Improve the Service based on usage patterns
• Send weekly check-in reminders (only if you've started journaling)

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your journal entries, letters, or photos with third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL database with encryption at rest) and served via Cloudflare infrastructure. Photos are stored in Supabase Storage. Generated PDFs are created on-demand when you request an export.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and export all your data at any time (via PDF export)
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Withdraw consent for non-essential communications

5. Cookies

Little Steps uses essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session tokens). We use Meta Pixel for conversion tracking on our landing page. No advertising cookies are used within the dashboard.

6. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase · database, authentication, and file storage
• Resend · transactional email delivery (magic links, reminders)
• Netlify · frontend hosting
• Railway · backend and PDF generation
• Gumroad · payment processing (if you upgrade to Full Access)

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data until you request deletion. If your account is inactive for 24 months, we may contact you before removing your data.

8. Children's Privacy

Little Steps is intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
